Two brand new trials, starting with the intriguing Mystery Box challenge: each Team creates a new Gelato based on the secret ingredients drawn by lot by each Team Manager. And the chocolate Gelato mignons with strict regulations about the weight: 40 gr max for each piece.
And the well known trials: decorated cup, Gelato Cake, Gelato cone, Entrée with Gourmet Gelato, artistic creations in ice and chocolate for the final buffet.
Leonardo Da Vinci is the theme chose by the winning team: France.
