Eis-Challenge, this is the name of the individual competition, held on December 3 and 4 at the MIG (International Gelato Exhibition) in Longarone. Won by Federico Sacchet, with the ice cream variety “Bruschetta del Gelato”, owner of the ice Café
Mosena from Hameln in Lower Saxony.
The other participants in the German team (1 pastry chef, 1 chef and 1 ice sculptor) will be selected in their respective competitions during 2019 in Germany.
